GET TO KNOW THE KUMEYAAY TRIBES

San Diego 4.0 is honored to be the world's first large-scale community project honoring its region's indigenous tribes in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, AI avatars, and interactive robotics. We honor their story as Main Street USA takes its next big leap forward. East County San Diego is repeating history by deploying new technology to rethink learning and how we connect with our past. Our positive campaign helped us understand past lessons to ensure we avoid repeating the same mistakes. 

WORKING TOGETHER

Our community project seeks to align with Chambers of Commerce, city governments, local historical societies, school districts, nonprofits, tribal historians, and the federal government. Our non-political approach will bring Main Street back together and help us move forward.

PHASE ONE

Our three-phase campaign becomes a reality in three phases. First, we will launch the campaign's "guts" with written content and the build-out of the VR Worlds. This early phase will be completed during the summer of 2025.

PHASE TWO

Second, we will work with the community to record a series of stories. These stories will be recorded and edited to be displayed in our Virtual Reality worlds,  Augmented Reality campaigns, and upcoming holographic experiences. We will donate these videos to historical societies, the federal government, nonprofits, school districts, and tribal foundations.

PHASE THREE

Our primary mission is to be completed by America's 250th birthday on July 4th, 2026.
