Todd's four-year project, 'Project Piercing Glimpse, ' assessed Main Street leaders' readiness as we embark on the most extensive technological transition in history. His journey concluded that America has a leadership crisis as our local leaders have not adequately prepared their community for what comes next: hyper-innovation.
REPEATING HISTORY
Main Street will repeat history by reinventing itself to thrive in our new economy. A new generation of leaders will bring our shared core values into a brave new world of flying cars, space travel, advanced AI, quantum computing, spatial computing, new learning models, and new types of jobs.
EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGY GAPS
