The San Diego 4.0 VR Campaigns will unleash your connection to hyper-local restaurants, retail, parks, trails, and history.

Our VR platform, Spatial, is best viewed through a VR Headset. You can also visit a San Diego 4.0 Technology Station to view it. 

Our VR Environments are available through your computer. We like to think of this technology as a new way to view a website. 

Spatial is available on your cell phone. To get started, go to our VR Wrolds. page.. To navigate, use the circle on the lower left.

We will provide QR codes and links at our San Diego 4.0 Technology Stations, website pages, and VR Worlds. Visit our YouTube page for more instructional videos. Thank you for supporting local! 

The first step is downloading your cell phone's free Wintor AR app. The link is on one of the Get to Know Campaign pages or QR codes at our technology stations. Get started with East County. 

The second step is to find the appropriate AR campaign. You can find this link through a QR code, our website pages, or by searching for it in the Wintor AR app. Once you get started, it's super easy.  

The final step allows you to find digital assets by turning your phone around you. In doing so, you'll find 3D videos, coupons, product descriptions, and traditional 2D videos.
